Make sure your username and password have a minimum of six (6) characters. Also, make sure you have the correct invite code. We are continually releasing new invite codes. Be on the look out for the next release!
I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.
If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe sensiTIVE. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password click the link on top of homepage "lost password."
How can I update my profile?
To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. On the task bar, place your mouse over "Profile" then choose "Edit Information." You can also customize the layout of your profile by clicking Edit Layout under the profile tab at the top of the page. It is based on a drop and drag technology with the use of widgets.
How can I update my email address?
You can update your email address on the Settings page located on the task bar. Make sure to press save at the bottom.
How can I report an error or other problem with the site?
To report an error or problem with the site, you can contact us by clicking the link on the top right of this page, or on left navigation bar you may have a "report error" option, or on the top of every page there is a "feedback" button in blue and green. Your choice - we want to hear from you. That's how your experience will improve - members helping members!
Why am I receiving email notifications?
Some activities/events which occur throughout the community trigger an automatic email notification to the email address used on your account. Examples are when you receive a friend request, group replies, profile comments, and more. These email messages are all customizable. You have the ability to decide which emails you would like to receive. To customize your notifications, click "Settings" on task bar then on the left navigation bar click on "notifications" and/or "group notifications."
Where can I go to find friends, create groups or see what's going on?
Move your mouse over "The Club," a drop down menu appears. The Club is where everything is happening! You can also tye anything in the search boxes across the site to look up anything you are interested in from members, cruise lines, ports of call, and more.
What is Cruise Pulse?
Cruise Pulse is the place to go to see what's happening on Top Cruise Club. Share the latest cruise vacation topics, experiences and more. Once you post your message, click "pulse" to share it with your fellow members.
What is the "Price Investigator" feature and how does it work?
The "Price Investigator" is a program that insures that you’ll pay the absolute lowest price on any cruise that you have booked. You simply enter your cruise information into the Price Investigator. If a lower price becomes available, you will be notified in your inbox. Want to learn about how it works? Click update on the application and then "How it works."
What is the "Cruise Connect" feature and how does it work?
"Cruise Connect" makes it easier for you to connect with friends, family and other cruisers sailing the same time you are! To use Cruise Connect, simply enter your cruise information. It will start searching for other members of Top Cruise Club that are sailing with you on the cruise. Want to learn about how it works? Click update on the application and then "How it works."
What is the "LENS" feature and how does it work?
Your "LENS" is a place for you to upload your photos. A place for you to track your cruises, a place to scrapbook your photos from your vacations, and even share with your family and closest friends. What are "T.R.I.P." points and how does it work?
T.R.I.P.'s stands for Travel Reward & Incentive Program. These are points you receive for certain actions on Top Cruise Club, things you would typically do on any social network. You get to redeem your T.R.I.P.'s for travel gifts and rewards.
What is the "Daily Deals" feature and how does it work?
"Daily Deals" are deals that you request to receive. Enter the cruise you are interested in, the date and the price you prefer to pay. Our Daily Deals service will deliver cruises that match only your criteria. When it finds a deal it will change color to read with a message of x number of deals found.
